What we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash (handled by our auth provider), optional profile fields (bio, phone, location, social links, avatar).

Billing data: processed by Stripe. We store customer and subscription identifiers, plan and status — not full card numbers.

Product data: brands, files, fonts and exports you create, plus in-app feedback.

Usage data: first-party events (page views and key actions) stored in our database. No third-party analytics pixels.

If you sign in with GitHub, we receive the profile data GitHub shares for that login. Bridge (ULTIMATE) uses a GitHub token you connect, to read and write the repositories you choose.

Why we use it

To provide the service and your account (contract).

To take payment and manage subscriptions (contract / legal obligation).

To send transactional email (welcome, billing, password reset) via Resend (contract / legitimate interests).

To keep the service secure, understand product use, and improve it (legitimate interests).

To meet legal requests we cannot refuse (legal obligation).

Processors and transfers

Supabase (hosting, auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and GitHub (OAuth and optional Bridge). They act on our instructions.

Data may be processed in the UK, EU or other countries where these providers operate. Where required we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and brand data while your account is open. You can delete your account from your profile; we then delete or anonymise personal data unless we must keep it (for example invoices).

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We only set cookies that are needed to run the service: session (sign-in), language preference, and an optional referral code if you arrive with one. We do not use advertising cookies. No consent banner is required for these essential cookies.
